1. Acceptance of Terms
By using The Don Lacrosse website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.
2. The Service
The Don Lacrosse provides an AI-powered custom t-shirt generator for lacrosse players. You provide player details and preferences, our system generates a unique mascot design using AI, and you may purchase that design printed on a premium t-shirt. Each generated design is unique and may vary from previews shown on the site.
3. Free Design Generations
We offer up to 3 free AI design generations per IP address per day. This limit exists to prevent abuse and manage costs. We reserve the right to adjust this limit at any time. Attempting to circumvent rate limits (e.g. via VPN or proxy) may result in access being blocked.
4. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount including any applicable taxes and shipping. Orders are final once submitted to our fulfillment partner.
5. Production & Shipping
Orders are fulfilled by Printful and typically take 3–7 business days to produce plus shipping time. Shipping times vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.
6. Returns & Refunds
Because each item is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect. If you receive a defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to generate designs containing profanity, hate speech, or content that is offensive, illegal, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Our profanity filter is automated but not perfect — flagrant abuse will result in account blocking.
8. Intellectual Property
The Don Lacrosse brand, logo, and website design are owned by The Don Lacrosse. AI-generated designs created through our service are licensed to you for personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or use generated designs for commercial purposes without written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated designs will match your exact expectations. Generated designs are unique and creative outputs — slight variations in color, style, or interpretation are expected and normal.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Don Lacrosse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
